Safety begins for our employees on their first day of employment.  We reinforce this with toolbox talks, project manager site visits, general manager safety meet ups and our yearly performance review process.  Our employees receive continuing education from  OSHA certification classes, NECA training, manufacturer equipment certification, and specialized industry instructors.  Every employee plays a part in our safety record and are committed to preventing, reporting and correcting safety issues they may encounter.  By making the employees part of this process they are invested in formulating our safety policies.
